Tyranny in Malta Denounced From Rome. GROUND UNDER HEEL, (Received 12.30 p.nt.) LONDON, November 3. The Rome correspondents of the London Press lengthily denounce the "cruelty with which little Malta has been ground under the heel of British tyranny because it is too small to stand up for its rights. That is what will become of the freedom of the peoples of free England," one stated.
