AMERICAN FLEET.
Cruise Ordered from Pacific to Atlantic. MOVE NEXT SUMMER. (Received 10.30 am.) WASHINGTON, November 3. Following a conference on Friday between President - Roosevelt and the Secretary of the Navy, Mr. Claude A. Swanson, it was announced that the movement of the United States Fleet from the Pacific to the Atlantic was seriously considered. A later message said, that Mr. Roosevelt had authorised a cruise of the fleet into Atlantic waters next summer.
