SPRING.

(By Colleen Austin, 00, Mount Albert Road, Royal Oak, ase 9.) Sweet little birds arc building their nests, And happily they fly and sing, They fly to the trees where they're going to nest, For this is the time of spring.

Tlie daisies lift their dainty'heads, The blossoms begin to poop, Then little plants peep out of their beds, And children awake from their sleep.

The garden is looking its very best) And children are singing their song, The little builders have built their nests, After working days! days! long.
