RIGHT TO DISTRAIN.
LANDLORD'S CLAIM UPHELD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) XAPIER, this day. In a reserved judgment this morning Mr. Justice Ostler sustained the right of a landlord to distrain goods, despite the fact that a registered debenture had been issued to other creditors.
