ORIENTAL MISSION.
The annual meeting or the Oriental Missionary Society was held last evening, the Rev. A. S. Wilson presiding. The report showed that £97 had been raised during the past year, and that a woman worker was being supported in Korea. Mr. Wilson referred to the history of the society, and Commandant Hill, of the Salvation Army, also addressed the meeting. The following officers were elected: — President, Mrs. McLaughlin; vice-presi-dent, Mrs. C. D. Snow; organising secretary, Miss Winifred Smallfield; local secretary, Miss Laxton; acting permanent chairman, Mr. C. D. Snow.
