ITALY CELEBRATES.

Eleventh Anniversary of March On Rome. SPEEAD OF FASCISM. LONDON, October 29. Three important anniversaries are being celebrated in Europe. In addition to that of Turkey, Czechoslovakia is celebrating its 15th Independence Day and Italy the 11th anniversary of the Fascists' march on Rome. A national anthem, specially written, extols Keraal Pasha's leadership. Medals bearing his likeness are being sold for Cd. A message from Prague states that the President, Professor T. G. Mazaryk, presided at -Czecho-Slovakia's commemoration. ''Italy must lead the world in the air, on the land and in the realm of the spirit," said Signor Mussolini, in a speech from the balcony of the Palazzo Venetia at the climax of a glittering march of IC,OOO war veterans and Black Shirts in celebration of the Fascist anniversary. The Duce in his message to the people of Italy challenged democracy and party government. He said: "The old doctrines are capitulating everywhere."
