REVOLUTION PLOT.
Discovery of Communist Attempt in Army. MEXICAN PRESIDENT ACTS. (Received 2 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, October 29. All the attention of the* Government to-day was centred on a plot discovered within the army to produce a Communistic overthrow in Mexico. President Roderiguez went to Tehuacan, in the State of Fuebla, for a conference with General Callcs. Twenty commanders of military areas also participated in the parley. Reports have been received of subversive activities by converts of the Cuban school of revolution. It is indicated that many arrests all over the country will be made.
