A special Uruguayan mission recently arrived in Tokyo to attempt to obtain an agreement to supplant Australian wool in the Japanese markets. Probably it will propose a reciprocal trade agree ment and accept Japanese manufactures in exchange for wool. Uruguay has opened a legation in Tokyo .and has elaborately entertained at luncheon the Foreign Minister and .70 leading business men. ,
