SUBSIDY APPLICATIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Unemployment Board officially states that delay in the granting of building subsidy applications has been unavoidable, owing to the large number to be dealt with. The checking process will take some time yet to complete.
