END OF A BOY'S FISHING.

Whilo fishing Industriously beneath Craig's wharf on the waterfront yesterday afternoon, Fred Baker, a lad of 12 years, fell into the tide, and at once was in difficulties. His shrill cries for help soon brought aid. Two men working on a sani hopper ran to the wharf, while from another direction came one of the Harbour Board officials. They scrambled under the wharf and soon pulled the email fisherman out of the water. The boy had swallowed some water, but as soon as he was helped up the bank and got over the shock he lost no time in making tor home.
