Italian Tribunal Decides Against Spain. £75,000 BONDS IN A BANK. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, August 28. A Home tribunal has decided that exKing Alfonso is entitled to £75,000 worth of bonds which his mother deposited in an Italian bank. The Spanish Government claimed they were the property of the State.
