WAIMAMAKU RESULTS. {By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) YVHANGAREI, this day. The following is the text of the directors' report to be submitted to the thirty-second annual meeting of the Wniniamaku Co-operative Dairy Company tomorrow: — The sum of £1127 16/4, which stands to the credit of the capital suppliers account, with the sum of £113 19/0 from factory profits in the profit and loss appropriation account, the directors intend to pay to suppliers, which will bring the total for butterfat for August and September to ll%d per lb and lOV&d per lb for the rest of the season, and, in addition to this, Vid per lb butterfat has been paid into the company's Linking fund account. With the profits for this year the directors propose to deal in the following manner: —Pay income tax, audit fee and carry balance forward. The retiring directors are:—Messrs. J. A. Corfield and A. J. Bracey, who are eligible for re-election. There will be two directors to bo elected. An auditor will require to be appointed for the ensuing year, and Mr. Robinson again offers his services. Analysis For Season. Number of suppliers, 22; lb of milk supplied, 3,403,194; lb of butterfat supplied, 135,338; lb cheese made, 342,565; lb of milk required to produce lib cheese, 9.934; average per cent of butterfat in milk, 3.976; lb cheese produced to each lb butterfat, 2.53; cost of making each lb of cheese delivered at Auckland, including depreciation, interest, insurance, wages, freights, supplies and fuel. 1.1589 d.
