PAKURANGA HUNT.

MEET AT CLEVEDON. There was a large attendance for the meet of the Pakuranga Hunt at Clevedon yesterday, and although no kills were recorded some excellent runs were provided. Hounde were thrown off on Mr. J. Farrer's land, and soon found the hare, leading across the properties of Messrs. W. Gore, D. Eyburn and E. Fawcett, where it ran through some sheep, and the hounde lost the scent. Another was put up on Mr. E. M. Wilson's farm, and it crossed several other properties toward Ardmore, where it had to be abandoned. Hounds later found in Mr. H. Oram's property, and after another long chase it also had to be abandoned owing to the scent being crossed. Among the followers were: The master, Mr. H. Sutherland, on Importer; Mr. P. Moore, on Beaufort; Mr. J. Moody, on General; Mr. A. Walker, on Canton; Mr. M. McKinstry. on Gold , Idem; Mr. E. McKinstry, on Heather Bloom; Mr. C.
