THEFT OF ELECTRICITY.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A fine of £10 was imposed on Leonard Owen Bellett in the Police Court for stealing electricity. He was ordered to pay costs on a second charge of doing electrical wiring work without a licenbe.
