POWER EXTENSION.

NEW WEST COAST MNE. Authority, to go ahead with a power line extension on the West Coast Road, Waimauku, at a capital cost of £1000 was given at a meeting of the Waitemata Electric Power Board this morning. The manager, Mr. A. Main, reported that 10 guarantees, totalling £223 "had been received from -consumers requiring the electric supply in Taha, Mahana and Fletcher Roads, near the West Coast Road.
