SMUGGLED INTO DISTRICT.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day.
A Maori child allegedly smuggled into the Bay of Islands district has been under treatment for sleeping sickness at the Kawakawa Hospital during the past fortnight. In the ordinary course the child should have gone to/the Rawene Hospital.
