NEW GEORGE WALLACE FILM.
MAJESTIC'S "HARMONY ROW." Changing to-morrow instead of on the usual Friday, the Majestic Theatre will this week introduce George Wallace in his second screen effort, "Harmony Row, which the genial comedian made in Melbourne previous to his highly successful vaudeville tour of the Dominion—the six months' duration of which has considerably delayed presentation of the film. The Australian comic has proven his acceptability on the screen in "His Royal Highness," which is now screening in English theatres. In "Harmony Row" he is said to bo just as funny in his burlesquing of the difficulties besetting a metropolitan policeman in two contrasting quarters of a large city. His cast of all-Australian actors and actresses includes such stage celebrities as Norman French, Marshall Crosby, John Bobbie, Edwin Brett, Gertrude Boswell. Thelma Scott, Leonard Stephens and Phyllis Baker (heroine). The entertainment, with such a cast as this, should provide something well up to usual standards. The Majestic will also screen an Australian supporting programme, including items by the EfTtee Symphony Orchestra, by Peter Veirnstoin (violinist) and Byrl Walklcy (vocal gems).
