SMALL, FAST TORPEDO BOAT,

LONDON, June 23.

The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says the latest French war craft is manned only by four men, but carries seven torpedoes which can be discharged at any point, though the method is not disclosed. The new craft is described as a kind of speed boat. It is driven by two 1100 horse-power engines and its speed exceeds 50 miles an hour.
