HAMILTON DIVORCE CASE.

AGREEMENT TO SEPARATE,

HAMILTON, this day.

A petitio.n for divorce on the grounds of adultery was sought by May Peters an-ainst lier husband, Arthur Louis Peters, in the Supreme Court to-day. The evidence showed that the parties were married in January, 1920, and bad one child. They entered into a separation agreement in December, 1931, and in February, 1933, the husband returned from the South Island with a young woman, with whom he had been living. Corroborative evidence and a signed admission of misconduct/by the husband were produced. A decree nisi was granted.
