NO MAJOR ALTERATIONS. The official count of tlie ballot papers used at the election of city councillors last Wednesday was completed yesterday. Nobody declared elected on the preliminary count has been displaced, but there has been some variation in the positions owing to the counting of the informal votes, many of which were allowed.
