Tremendous Ovation Accorded Jap. Delegate. APOLOGY TO NATION. .(Received 10 a.m.) TOKYO, April 27. Mr. Matsuoka, returning from Geneva, where, as Japan's delegate, he withdrew from the League, was given a tremendous ovation. Broadcasting from tho steamer before landing lie apologised to the nation for his personal failure at Geneva. Ho will be received in audience with the Emperor to-morrow.
