Also a two-storeyed building, comprising baker's shop and extensive iiving accommodation, small bakehouse and open and closed garage, on section having 40ft frontage, with access to back of section, and known as 199, Mount Eden Road.

Bennett, Limited, will offer at auction, at their rooms, corner Queen and Shortland Streets, at noon to-morrow, a five-roomed dwelling in Green Park Road, off Great South Road, Penrose, and a four-roomed dwelling, No. 54, Ellerton Road, Mount Eden. Samuel Vaile and Sons, Limited, will hold an auction sale at their rooms, 83, Queen Street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow, when the following properties will be offered: Dairy farm, of 319% acres, at Pongakawa, Bay of Plenty: house of five rooms and usual offices, situated in Fowlds Avenue, Sandringham; house of two rooms, on section containing lro B.Bpo, in Esinonuc Road, Takapuna.
