AUCKLAND COLTS V. PUKEKOHE.
A two-dav cricket match between the Auckland Colts and the Pukekohe representative team was commenced at Pukekohe yesterday. The Colts won the toss and took first strike, compiling the respectable total 249 runs (E. Clapliani 48, W. McCormick 45, G. Yarn ton 44, F. Angus 30, G. Siddle 25, L. Wotlierspoon 13, and extraß 29). Bowling analysis; R. Ivaho four wickets for 08 runs, J. G. Gnsparicli two for 41, H. I'leydell one for 31, C. Lawrie one for 38. When stumps were drawn Pukekohe had lost three wickets for 75 runs, A. M. Rose not out 44.
