CHANGE OF CONTROL.
OTAKI SANATORIUM. (Ey Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The control of the Otaki Sanatorium for female patients passed officially from the Health Department to the Palmerston North Hospital Board at the beginning of the present month, and today there was an appropriate valedictory gathering at the institution. The Minister of Health, the Hon. J. A. Young, represented the Government.
The speakers paid a tribute to the efficiency of the staff of the institution.
