CANADIAN SEAMEN.
PROTEST AGAINST BRITISH. (Received 12 noon.) VANCOUVER, March 27. Charging British shipmasters with discrimination against Canadians, the Association of Seamen is protesting to the Government against Canadian vessels being designated as British.
