BREACH OF PROBATION.

A young woman, Eva lolanthc MeGough, was brought before the Police Court this morning when she pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to comply with the terms , and conditions of her release on probation. Major Annie Gordon, probation officer, eaid McGough was admitted to ; probation on December 22 pn a Vagrancy charge, Recently the police had some trouble in tracing her. She was arrested yesterday at Avondale, where she had been living with Chinese and Maoris. The magistrate sentenced the young woman to two ycare' detention in tho Borstal Home.
