ROADS IMPASSABLE.
THROUGH KING COUNTRY. "A WEEK TO CLEAR." The Auckland Automobile Association to-day received reports from its agents and the Public Works Department thac roads in the- King Country have suffered heavy damage, and that the motor roads between Te Kuiti and Taumariinui and from Taumarunui to Ohakune are blocked for traffic indefinitely. It is anticipated that clearing operations will take a week. An agent has been dispatched to investigate and report.
