PROLONGED AGONY.
Prussia's Two Governments Wrangling. MURDERERS IN SUSPENSE. (Received 1 p.m.) BERLIN, December 1. Fifteen condemned murderers, including two women, are suffering the agony of suspense because of a wrangle as to which of Prussia's two Governments has the right to commute the death sentences. Herr Braun, the Prussian Premier, claims that he is responsible, while President Hindenburg's recent decree gives the duty to the Federal Commissioner.
