TRADE MARK PIRACY.
British Firms Take Action in India. DAMAGES CLAIMED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, November 3. A. number of wholesale dealers in foreign cloth in Amritsar have received notices from British firms claiming damages for importing from Japan and selling, cotton goods bearing British trade marks.
