BUILDING .SOCIETY FUNDS. RUGBY, October 31. Proposals for using the resources of building societies for furthering the State campaign for the provision of small working-class houses are announced as the.result of the deliberations of the housing committee of the National Association of Building Societies. , Under the scheme presented to the Health Minister the State, local authorities and building societies would combine to guarantee 20 per cent of mortgage loans. . •
