FORMER PRESIDENT TOPS POLL VANCOUVER, October 31. In the Chilian Presidential election yesterday, says a message from Santiago, Senor Arturo Allecandri headed the" poll with 152,876 votes. Marmaduke Grove (Socialist), his nearest opponent, polled 57,793 votes. Senor Allesandri, who was President in 1920, is the candidate of the Centre parties.
