WORK AT TE RAPA. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") HAMILTON, this day. Conditions were good for training work at Te Rapa this morning, the poles being 65ft out on the course proper. Cruachan, ridden by L. Faulkner, who will ride him in the Mitchelson Cup, ran seven furlongs in 1.37. Paganelli and Holly Holm were on terms at the end of five furlongs in 1.7. On the plough Princess Bede and Valuation ran five furlongs in 1.5. Senorita and Illuminagh led Te Hoia at the end of six furlongs in 1.21. The latter was making up his ground fast at the finish. Limex and Illuminelli ran five furlongs in 1.6. Pelting and Persham covered half a mile in 51s. Tradesman was going easily over half a mile in 50 3-ss. Royal Visitor jumped four hurdles in good style.
