SCHOOL TEACHER IN COLLISION. DEATH OF; A CYCLIST. (Bγ Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The jury found for.. fief enfant,. with costs, in the -Supreme Court- action in which Susan de la Cour, widow, claimed £2544 damages from Gladys Josephine Gray, school "teacher, as the result of a collision in which Augustus Phillip de la Cour met hie death. Mr. Justice Ostler said the evidence of negligence was slight. Mise Grey was. driving a motor car and deceased was cycling.
