NEW COTTON AGREEMENT.
LONDON, October 30. Another crisis in the Lancashire cotton industry has developed in consequence of the dolegates to a meeting of the Operative Spinners' Amalgamation overwhelmingly refusing to ratify last week's agreement for a reduction in ealary. The spinners therefore will not resume work on Monday at milk where the new terms are enforced. The decision affects 200,000 workers.
