MOSCOW'S ORDERS.
Plan to Provoke Rioting in B.ritain. SCOTLAND YARD DISCOVERY. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 6. Scotland Yard has learned that the recent riots at West Ham, Birkenhead, Liverpool and Croydon were organised by Communists,. wfio were instructed from Moscow. This is part of an ambitious scheme to provoke trouble throughout the country.
