IRISH FARMERS. De Valera May Put Annuities to Domestic Uses. PLIGHT GETTING WORSE. (United- P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 2. The Dublin correspondent of "The Times" states that it is understood that tho Free State "\vill send a Note to Britain that it intends using the land annuities money for domestic purposes. The Government is being strongly urged to assist the farmers, whose plight is getting worse daily. France and Germany have both imposed special import duties against the Free State dairy produce, thus leaving the Irish farmer without a market.
