PUKEKOHE CLUB.

The bowling season in Pukekohe was opened 011 Saturday in thp presence of 160 enthusiasts, including the representatives of about 20 clubs, and the president, Mr. R. Sheath, and executive members of the Auckland Bowling Centre. Mr. D. Jamieson, president of the Pukekohe Club, welcomed the visitors. Mr. Slicath praised the condition of the greens, and conveyed greetings on behalf of the Auckland cliibs. Mrs Sheath threw the first kitty, and Mrs Jamieson played tlio first bowl.
