Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 2nd day of September, 1932, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having Claims against the Estate of the above named Mary Ann Bacon, who died on or about the 29th day of February, 1932, and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 14th day of April, 1932, are hereby required to send in their Claims, together with written particulars thereof, to her executor, Frederick Henry Dyer, c/o Messrs. Notice is hereby further given by the Executor that, after the 31st day of October, 1932, the Executor proposes to distribute the Assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Claims of which the Executor has then notice, and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act, 1908, the Executor having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order, will not be liable for the Assets so distributed to any person of whose Claim the Executor has no notice at the time of the distribution of the said Assets. Notice is hereby given that the Manukau County Council proposes to apply to the Minister of Transport for approval of its proposals to Revoke the Existing Classification of roads in the County, and to classify roads under its control as indicated in a statement deposited and available for public inspection at the Office of the Council, the address of which is corner of Princes and Shortland Streets, Auckland. Any person objecting to the proposals is called upon to lodge notice in writing before the 10th day of October, 1932, of his objection, and of the ground thereof at the above office.
