Lancaster Determined to Wed Mrs. Miller. WHETHER SHE WANTS OR NOT. (Received 11 a.m.) MIAMI (Ifa.), September 20. Mr. James Forrester, of the Federal Labour Department, said on Tuesday that he had learned that Captain W. N. Lancaster, the British airman who was recently acquitted of the charge of murdering Haydn Clarke, fiance of Mrs. Keith Miller, plans to marry Mrs. Miller. "I intend to marry Mrs. Keith Miller whether she wants to or not," Mr. Forrester said the flyer declared. Mr. Forrester conducted the Labour Department deportation hearings for both. His reports await adjudication in Washington.
