TWO BRITISH MINISTERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) KUGBY, September 20. The British Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, and the First Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Bolton Eyres-Monsell, have left for Geneva to attend tomorrow's meeting of the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference.
