HOUSE RANSACKED.

HERNE BAY BURGLARY. THIEF IN DOCTOR'S HOME. GOODS WORTH £.37 STOLEN. During the absence of Dr. H. D. Mackenzie and Mrs. Mackenzie from their house, Xo. 9, Marine Parade, Heme Bay, between CIO and 11 o'clock last night, a burglar entered, and after ransacking of the rooms, \ft with clothing and other articles, which he took away in two suitcases he found in the house. The burglar entered by forcing open the bathroom window. He ransacks; tile house nnd left the rooms in a state of disorder. Clothing belonging to Dr. Mackenzie and Mrs. Mackenzie, including a euit, several dresses and tin overcoat and two cake dishes were stole'i. No jewellery was taken. The intruder evidently made a hurried search, as he overlooked a sum of money which left in one of Dr. Mackenzie's suits. . The stolen property is valued at £57.
