UNDETERRED.
GERMAN VIOLENCE. Dynamitards Work Death and Destruction. WEEK-END OUTRAGES. (United P.A.—Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, August 8. The Bei'lin correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says: Undeterred by Herr Hitler's pledges and Herr von Papen's threats, the Nazi and Communist dynamitards continue to work death and destruction.
A bomb exploded with devastating force in Brunswick, damaging 25 houses, almost all of which were Communists' or Socialists'. Three other bomb outrages were perpetrated in the city.
No attempt liaS been made to put into execution the Government's decree against terrorists, which includes death penalties. The newspapers declare that the delay is due to differences of opinion among the members of the Government, some of whom hold that the Hitlerites should be answerable for their crimes like everyone else.
Herr Hitler's newspapers urge the Government to outlaw all Communists and allow the Nazis to arm in selfdefence.
The correspondent states that the week-end outrages culminated in the assassination of the Reichsbanner leader, Herr Kotzan, at Loetzen, East Prussia.
