MOTUROA OILFIELDS.
The report for the week ending August 0, 6tates that the Moturoa No. 2 well produced 115 barrels (4,025 Imperial gallons) of oil. Two days were lost in cleaning out the tubing.' The total production to date is 225,044 gallons. On No. 3 well the timbering of the shaft- has been completed and the machinery foundations are now being prepared.
