Navy seaplane capsized in the vessel's wash soon after she passed through the Gatuh Lock,.. Panama Canal. Tho . seaplane, which was manned by three men, alighted just forward of the Rangitata and skimmed over the water alongside the ship, apparently intending to take off again almost immediately.
