T. Mandeno Jackson will sell by public auction at their rooms, 9, Commerce Street, at 11 o'clock to-morrow morning, at the request of the mortgagee, and under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a freehold property comprising about quarter-acre of land, together with modern bungalow of five rooms, built of concrete blocks, commanding good views, and situated at New North Road, Kingsland, a few doors from the Mount Albert Fire Station.
Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son will sell by auction at their rooms, 20, Swanson Street, to-morrow, at noon, a four-roomed dwelling, situated in Palmer's Road, "Weymouth, three miles from railway station. The sale is under conduct of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, and at the request of the mortgagee.
