Death of Viscount Plumer in 75th Year. KING'S SYMPATHY. LONDON, July 17. The death is announced of Fieldilarshal Viscount Plumer, agod 76. An operation was undergone in February by Lord Plumer and his condition had improved until recently. The King, in a message of condolence, says: "My people throughout the Empire with me mourn the losa of one whom history will remember as a distinguished commander and a great administrator." The burial will take place in Westminster Abbey on Wednesday.
