OTTAWA CONFERENCE.

NEW ZEALAND DELEGATION. DEPARTURE ON TUESDAY. Arrangements have been made by tin . Officers' Club to tender a luncheon to the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, the leader of the New Zealand delectation to the Ottawa Conference, on Monday next. The lion. W. Downie Stewart, who is suffering from a severe cold, will ne unable to attend a luncheon the Chamber of Commerce intended to accord him, and the chamber will thereforrinvite the Minister to be its guest on his return to New Zealand. Messrs. Coates and Stewart are expected to reach Auckland on Monday morning from Wellington. With the other members of the delegation, they will leave by the Aorangi for Vancouver on Tuesday.
