RETURN OF HOHENZOLLERNS

LONDON, June 9. The restoration of the monarchy in Germany,, involving the return of the Hohcnzollerns, Iβ confidently predicted by Viecount Rothermere, controlling shareholder in Associated Newspapers; Ltd., who is making one of his periodical motor tours of Germany. Telephoning to the "Daily Mail," one of his newspapers, from Berlin, he says: "There is no safer political prophecy in Europe to-day than a forecast that the Hohenzollerns will be on the throne of a German Empire within, approximately, 18 months, while other Central European countries will witness' a vigorous revival of the monarchist spirit."
