HUSBAND'S BIGAMY CHARGE,

(Received 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. A charge of bigamy has been preferred against Henry Russell, 24, husband of Ivy Russell, 27, whose body and those of her two children were found in the Sunshine swimming pool on Sunday. The police believe that in a fit of despair Mrs. Russell wheeled her perambulator containing the children into the water and jumped in after them.
