UNIVERSITY DANCE.

A scene of gaiety was presented at the Auckland University College on Saturday evening when the commerce faculty held their annual ball. Palms and greenery made the entrance look charming, while a. feature of the decorations was a coloured backcloth on the stage showing the ship of commerce in full sail. Supper was served in the cafeteria, where Iceland poppies made the tables gay. Excellent music was supplied for dancing.
